They do not constitute professional advice, and we make no representations about outcomes beyond what is described in the course materials themselves.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are designed for adult learners aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on that organisation's behalf.

3. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in a course constitutes an agreement between you and Codeloom for access to the educational content described in the course listing. Details of what each course includes — such as duration, content scope, project work, and mentorship provision — are set out on the relevant course pages.

We reserve the right to update course content from time to time to reflect developments in the field, improve clarity, or correct errors. Material changes to a course you have enrolled in will be communicated to you directly.

4. Payment

Course fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted separately. Payment details will be provided during the enrolment process.

We work with reputable payment processors and do not store your payment card details on our systems.

5. Refund and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Our approach to refunds depends on how far into the course you are at the time of your request:

• Requests made before course access is granted will receive a full refund.
• Requests made within 7 days of first course access and before completing more than 20% of course content will receive a full refund.
• Requests made after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair resolution.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources made available through Codeloom — including text, videos, exercises, and code examples — are the intellectual property of Codeloom or our content contributors, and are protected by applicable copyright law.

Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our website and course platform, you agree to:
